Here's the second oneshot ShadowZeldaGal sent me. It's pretty awesome, if I may say so. (;
Please read & review!
It was sunset. The moon cast an odd light in the sky.
"Hey, that's not how it's supposed to go. Wait a minute." I told it. My hat was falling off, so I took it off my head.
I entered the Inn, where we were all gathering.
"Oi, looks like you had a rough day, Ike."
I pretended to care. The only thing on my mind was the girl I had met earlier...
She had Blonde hair and Blue eyes and was a lot different from all the other ones I knew, especially my sister.
She had another friend that looked a lot like her, but she wore blue clothes: A button down shirt and a pleated skirt.
The one I'm talking about, Peach, wore pink clothes, but with pants. They made quite the duo, and had been able to fight off some
Idiots that thought they could take those two.
However, they soon ran out of bullets and I had to intervene.
Taking out the idiots with some classic one-two punching, they thanked me.
But I couldn't get Peach's smile out of my mind.
"Nomen Omen, huh. Name's a destiny."
"Well, I don't rightly know what Ike means, but I don't know what Marth means either."
Marth said, laughing.
"How would a girl react if I told her that I thought I loved her at first sight...?"
"I don't know that, either."
Suddenly, the door slammed open.
"There's a fight!"
We all raced outside to see what in the blazes was going on, and there stood Peach, riding a horse and dragging one of those guys from earlier out of town.
"Miss! Hey, Lady! Miss Peach!"
She turned around and winked.
"I'll talk to you once I get this liar out of town."
She reached into her pocket and pulled out a sheriff's badge.
"And that's Sheriff Peach to you!" She said, sounding a little miffed, to Marth.
"What did you do?"
"Uhh... Well, let's just say that she's not one for double crossing..." He said, grabbing the pistol he had, then motioning to the guy Peach was dragging.
He was wearing tattered clothes; who knows how they got that way.
"Do you catch my drift, partner?"
"I get it all right."
The sun set and I rode my horse just outside city limits. It didn't take long to find her under the cherry colored sky.
