The blades are shaded more darkly than in the day and they are are wet when he sits down on them. He can feel the moisture to begin to soak through, and Yuri is sure he will have at least some grass stains in the morning, but for now, he wants to view the Adephagos as it is. In a way, he supposes, it is terribly beautiful.

Estelle visits him in his moment of solitude (save the dog) and he's happy about it. Of course he had felt the flickers of happiness, shyness and excitement all at once suddenly gushing up all at once - a geyser of emotions that was overwhelming and dusted a soft rose colour on the tips of his ears and cheeks. He could define it, easily but not: love, which was not an emotion, but a lifestyle.

"We'll keep living," he says, frost blooming within the air as he speaks. The eye contact does not make his heart beat, it pounds, wondering how it's supposed to escape his chest.

"I'll be able to see everyone. ...And you, too, Yuri." The blush is prominent on her cheeks, though he's not sure if it's just from the cold, bitter air, his presence, or both.

Yuri cannot help but keep on staring into her eyes and it makes his hands begin to sweat a little bit under his gloves. She doesn't seem to mind the idea of not breaking this fragile moment, and, if anything, that makes him less nervous.

He gives a deep breath and the strong emotion that spears through his chest when he gathers the air within his lungs almost makes him think twice, but his mouth is already open and Yuri knows that he cannot stop any words that he may speak.

"Estelle."

She blinks, and she looks as the Adephagos does, but not so cruel.

"I love you."

"I know." There's a crack in her voice from the tears and the lump in her throat, but her smile is all knowing. "I love you too."
