"Why did I come here anyway?" Hibari Kyouya thought out loud, where he walked a couple of meters behind the others.
But deep down, he knew, eben though he didn't want to admit it to even himself, since being bound by someone was just like cutting off a birds wings.
A inner voice said in an annoying sing-songvoice; 'The truth is that you can't say no to him, you're stupid, you've cut your own wings'
"Shut up.." Hibari quietly grunted, rubbing slowly at his forehead, feeling a headache coming his way.
"Hibari?" Gokudera stood in front of him. The tonfa-weilding boy hadn't even realized he had stopped, standing infront of the bird exhibit.
Instead, Gokudera had noticed, and slipped away from the rest of the group.
Gokudera grinned his usual, warm, whole-hearted smile and calmly looked at the ravenhair.
Hibird settled down on top of the storm-guardians head.
It was known in their group, that Hibird for some reason only liked the persons Hibari liked, so Gokudera was surprised to say the least when the yellow ball sat on his head, drilling Namimorimiddle's schoolsong.
"Hey I thought-" Then he smiled even more brightly, but also looking a little embarrased over the question he was about to ask.
"Do you... like me"
The question brought a small blush to the cloudguardians face.
"Umm..." It was the first time Gokudera had seen him blush.
He gently wrapped his arms around Hibari, Hibird flying off his head and settling on a branch near them, as if to keep watch over the two teens.
Hibari let the other kiss him, ever so gently.
'Sometimes,' he thought 'I can cut my wings, just for the sake of being able to stay with the one I love...'
