N is for Numbers

"Hotaru?" The youngest shiseiten, Akira asked.
Hotaru turned his empty gaze towarsd the small boy.
He didn't show it, but he liked the boy very much.
But sometimes he got a little irretated with him, as he did when anyone talked to him.
"What is this?" Akira held something infront of the fireweilder.
"A paper..?" Hotaru asked lazily.
"That's not what I meant." The blue-eyed boy said, trying his best not to snap at the older. "I meant what's on it"
Hotaru formed his mouth to a 'oh'. "It says fourtythree." he stated bluntly.
"It's just not making any sense!" Akira growled and huffed, as he sat down next to the lazy firewealder.
"You can't read?" Akari walked up to them, looking teasingly at the small shiseiten.
"So what id I never learned how to read! It wasn't like I had anyone to teach me!" the whiteblond yelled at the wannabe-woman, standing up quickly.
Akari looked pityingly at the boy standing before her. The she looked at Hotaru.
"You." she said, demandingly. "Teach him how to read." she pointed at Akira. "And neither will get anything to eat, as long as he's unable to read"
'Man,' Bontenmaru thought, 'that one's not been here for long, and already she's acting like that'
Hotaru sighed, pulling back Akira on the ground next to him.
"Okay... Let's start with the numbers."
