Regina slammed the door behind her, tears began to gracefully stream down her cheeks. She felt as if her heart had shattered into a million pieces. She had lost Henry, the only thing that she had held dear, but there was something else that was troubling her. In her head she replayed the moment where she had almost been sent to the Enchanted Forest threw the hat's portal, the moment where Emma had pushed her out of harms way. Not only had Miss Swan saved her, but she herself had been sucked into the portal and sent to the other world.

Regina told herself that Emma had only done that for Henry's sake, but she couldn't help but think that there was something more. 'Oh-no, are those butterflies I'm feeling?' She asked herself, what was she thinking? Her and Emma hated each other, they had almost since the moment they had first met, why was she beginning to suspect other wise?

When Emma had come to town she had ruined everything. Regina had hated her as much as she hated Snow White, so why was she beginning to feel differently? She felt the same way she had when she had first met Daniel. As much as she didn't want to admit it, deep down inside, she knew that she was beginning to fall of one of her enemies.

She was falling in love with Emma Swan!

Fresh tears stung her eyes, as she tried to hold them in. Why was this happening? When Emma's hand had touched her arm, she had felt something, but she had dismissed it as the spark of magic as it had flowed into the hat. Now she knew that is was more than that.

When Daniel had died, Regina had thought that she would never love again, but apparently she had been wrong. Although it seemed that, like magic, love came with a price. She was in love with the one person that she knew she would never have.

Closing her eye, she put those thought out of her head, making herself forget, for one moment. In that one moment, she let herself enjoy being in love. For, after all, love is the most powerful magic of all.
