It was her
It pored from the sky. Almost like it was weeping, but if anything I was the one that should having been crying those straining tears.
The ANBU grabbed me by my forearms carrying me away. Away from his body, I was so weird I had wanted for so long to exact my revenge and finally I did. But the self satisfaction I had dreamed no fantasized and craved wasn't there.
Only the burning pain, burning me from the inside out.
I knew they were standing there, all of them watching me. Sakura's sobs did not go out to deaf ears, but I wish they had.
The blood on my hands dripped down to my fingertips onto the ground, I watched them fall into puddles making little circles. I almost smiled.
Almost
The rain seemed too glide down the ivory masks of the ANBU who carried me almost like they were impervious to anything but their job.
I look up to were they stood in wet tan capes watching me. The first thing my eyes saw was blue. Blue eyes covered by tiny blonde bangs, soaked from the rain it was hard to tell what emotions indented his eyes, the Knuckle head.
The rookies all back together just to pick me up. I laughed a little inside.
"Captain" one of the tracker nin holding me spoke. I shifted my head to see who would be in charge of my faith for the moment until we arrived back at the village.
I felt my eyes widen.
It was her…
The owl mask she wore covered her face. But I new, no one else had hair tinted purple and no one else smelled like spring in the middle of summer during a rain storm. The scent reached me even though my senses were dulled by my previous battle.
She moved her head to the side, even thought my eye lids had grown tired I was still able to see who she was silently addressing.
Kakashi. He stood by Naruto whose catatonic gaze was still on me, then he turned himself and nodded back to her. She responded quickly to the ANBU.
"Have a medic heal him, then back him to the meeting grounds I will make any other orders later" her voice was just as I remembered from our genin days, expect it was commanding this time as she spoke to the trackers.
"And take care of the body, we will bring it with us" her pitch in voice changed slightly kind of softly as she spoke of my brother. She still cared, I wanted to touch her but any movement I made at this moment would be conceived as a threat.
The two ANBU carrying me started to walk once again my legs trailing behind. I had to look back! I need to see if she would still be standing there.
Gathering my strength I look back past the two folded arms of the tracker across my back.
She was. Her mask no longer covering her face.
Hazel dominated eyes look at me they said nothing held no words, no secrets.
They just looked.
Then
She smiled.
Slipping back on her mask she dispersed the area with the rest of team seven, eight and nine.
"Kagome…"
Ummmm yeah this just came to me today. So I just jump on the nearest computer and started to type
I really don't have much back story here folks but my critic of a sister said it sound like they are related WHICH THEY ARE NOT in this one-shot Kagome and Sasuke are sort of in love I guess and I added ANBU to go with them to find Sasuke I know it doesn't happen it the anime/manga but it does in fan fiction.
This is my first time writing from the person point of view and I think I did good REVIEW and tell me what you think kk.
