Riku sat alone in his room, staring blankly at the night sky through his window. His long silver hair and covered his tear filled eyes. He pulled his knees up to his chin and trembled. He hated being like this, showing his emotions when he was isolated from everyone else. Tears rolled down his pale face as he buried his face into his arms. It was exactly two year ago since he first allowed the darkness to embrace him and rule over his home. He choked out "Damn it!" His fist curled up and he slammed it into his night table. The silveret cried silently as guilt overwhelmed him. Someone knocked on his window. Riku looked up and was shocked to see his best friend sitting on a tree branch. He wiped away the evidence of tears and opened it up "Sora, what the hell are you doing here at 4:30 in the morning?" The brunet replied "Nothing. Just wanted to see you," He tilted his head, "Hey, were you crying?" The seventeen year old bit his lip and strained out "No." Sora frowned "You're lying." Suddenly something within the older boy snapped "What do you know about me? Nothing!" The keyblade master flinched as if he were slapped "I didn't mean it like that. You always have a pained expression whenever you lie to me." Riku expectedly felt even worse that before "Sora…I'm sorry. I don't know what came over me." Cerulean eyes met with aquamarine ones "You mean it?" A chuckle slipped out of his lips "Of course." His hand ruffled the mess of cinnamon spikes. The silveret watched his friend and realized that throughout his adventure, Sora had never changed his usual sunny personality unless the topic had do something with…him. Riku blushed slightly when he felt Sora's hand brush against his own. The sixteen year old snapped his fingers in front of the older boy "Hey Riku. Riku?" He broke out of his daze and replied "Yeah?"
"Are you okay?" His eyes staring at the other longingly
Riku sighed "I'm fine. I don't want you to worry about me…please don't…"
He placed his lips against the brunet's. Sora blushed and allowed his best friend to deepen the kiss. Riku was surprised that Sora hadn't refused him yet. They separated and stared at each other. Sora smiled "Was that one time only or will I be expecting more of those in the future?" The seventeen year old was shocked and recovered "You're…okay with that?" The brunet laughed "Didn't you figure out at The World That Never Was? I've loved you since I saw you again and we were reunited with Kairi. You tell me that I'm slow." His face was hit with a pillow as Riku said "Ha-Ha. I didn't know if you felt the same." Sora leaned closer the silveret and asked "Okay, Kiss or Screw?" A devious smile crawled onto the seme's face "How about make out then screw…" He pulled his boyfriend and soon to be lover down onto him. They had been waiting too long for this. Way too long.
