"Child," her father calls, voice quiet and gentle. "Come here."

Eagerly, "Meg" crosses the room towards him, a bounce in her step. She smiles up at him, pleased to be called on. "Father? How may I help you?"

Lucifer smiles at her, focuses on her, and she no longer recoils at the light that shines so brightly from him. She loves it when he turns his attention towards her. "So eager," he says. Then, "I need you to do me a favor."

"Any thing," she vows.

His smile widens. "Good. I need you to place a... what do they call it these days? A bounty? Yes, a bounty on Dean Winchester."

She falters for a moment, frowning. "Dean?" Her voice betrays her confusion. "I thought you'd want Sam..."

Her Father shakes his head. "Sam I will deal with on my own. Dean, however." He tightens his jaw for a second before relaxing it. He looks grudgingly impressed by Dean's audacity, though angered by it as well. It's a common reaction to Dean Winchester. "Dean is the one who is my brother's vessel. Unlike myself, Michael does not have a temporary vessel to use. If Dean is unavailable, Michael cannot enter Earth, thus, he cannot stop me from doing what I please. Other than my Father, Michael is the only one who can stand with me on equal ground. Understand?"

Meg nods, eyes wide.

"And as much as I love and miss my brother," Lucifer smile takes on a sharp edge that causes the small hairs on the back of her neck to rise, "I don't want to see him just yet and you're the only one I can trust to do this for me."

"I see," she says, breathless with joy. "I'll put the word out to other demons, witches and believers. Someone will bring Dean's head to you."

Lucifer clicks his tongue once. "Ah," he interrupts, "dead or alive will do. Whichever is easier."

"Dead," she blurts out. "Dead's much easier."

He grins this time and she's nearly floating on the euphoria from it. Then, he says, "Now run along, child. I have work to do."

With a happy smile, Meg leaves the room, joy in her wicked little heart. Please her father and get revenge on Dean Winchester, all at once? Who said you couldn't kill two birds with one stone?

I have NO idea. Lucifer is such a manipulative little fuck in the series and I thought, "well, why not?"
