Introduction

It's been 20 years since Carl Johnson came back to Los Santos and got the Grove Street Families to international fame. Now a new threat arises, and with all the members of the GSF's dead or in prison, the Ballas have once again risen to the top of the criminal underworld in the whole state of San Andreas.
