When Natalia found out she wasn't a princess, her world broke down.
She had lived her whole life as royalty, and to have that taken away from her as quickly as that had been heartbreaking for Natalia. It certainly didn't help when Guy said she could come and live with him. Natalia had been certain he was joking, or just trying to maker her feel better. No emotion along with it.
She soon realized he was serious.
What Guy had said, he wasn't joking. Yes, he was trying to make her feel better… but he had meant it. He would have lived up to his promise, had it come to that.
Although it didn't, when everything was done and over, Natalia did go to him. Because she remembered what he had said.
"I'll always be there for you, waiting with open arms. With me, there will always be a place for you to come home to."
A/N: More drabbles! Yay! I have to say, I do like drabbles. Although, this is a bit longer than I had planned. Oh well. I'm thinking, maybe a Mermaid Melody drabble collection next? Hmmm…. Oh, and I'm planning a Luke x Tear one next. Yippee! XD
