Ch 1: And So It Began
Disclaimers(ish that how u spell it?): I don't own TT, and I do not think Mr. Wolfman or Mr.murakami would ever consider selling a perfect cartoon such as this to a small town princess such as me.
Author's Before Hand Note Thingies: this sounds like a starfire episode right? GOOD! It should cause it's not! If I don't make sense then that's good too! *sigh* just read it ok?
Date: Around April 20th TOD: 2:00 AM POV: Starfire
She slept soundly in her chambers on the 9th floor, not a creature was stirring in Titans Tower. In a position considered comfortable on a planet far far away called Tamoran. It sent blood down to her feet, draining her mind of nothing but dreams. But something awoken this sleeping beauty.
It was a sound so high of pitch, that no dog would hear it. A sound of so many light years away with so many galaxies between it and us, that not even the Hubble wound pick it up. It was a call, of what she was not sure, and to whom she was even usurer. 'Firbunkel?' she thought. She couldn't understand why the call was so urgent, and why it could reach the extents of Earth.
POV: Beast Boy ST
He lay, sprawled in a position of oddity such as himself. The clock flashed 1:59 over and over until it struck 2:00 so suddenly that it was as if a spring sent him flying into an upward position. He was sweating heavily, as if trying to escape something that had awoken in the back of his mind. For he heard the call as well, the strange piercing sound that had been nagging him from the corner of his subconscious for as long as he could remember. He threw off his covers and hopped down off his bed. He set out from the 4th floor, hoping some soy milk might ease his insecure mind.
POV: Raven ST
Her eyes were wide when she heard it too. Nothing was more distinct as such a sound interrupting meditation. The sound had been brought to her attention by Starfire's wariness(which need to be translated at a later time) and Beast Boy's insecurity. For now she heard it too, while she projected her mind into space to find the source, her earth grounded body could hear footsteps outside her door.
After much searching and looking, she had found the source, and it was not what it seemed. It was an abnormal message it was sending. Her head hurt after all of the traveling she had just mentally done. She headed down form the 7th floor to retrieve some herbal tea and disperse from the kitchen.
Starfire sat with the hot chocolate she found on the table. She sipped it and felt the tingly warm feeling of pleasure. Her newly earthen mind wandered far off into the depths of the chocolate. She silently screamed as she saw a shadowy figure coming down the up stairs and up the down stairs. She shrunk down below the table line as they came into view and she was relieved. However, she stayed where she was and said not a thing.
"So.you couldn't sleep either?"
".I wasn't sleeping."
"Yea, me neither, I just came up to get.some...uh..tofu cookies and soy milk. You want some?"
".No." Starfire heard their footsteps as they approached the table she was at. Obviously raven knew she was there. Starfire peeked her head up, reveling herself to Beast Boy and Raven.
"Hello Raven. Hello Beast Boy." Starfire said absentmindedly. Beast Boy freaked. "WOA! How long have you been over r there?"
"For about 3 000 fortons," She explained Beast Boy just looked at her with a confused expression. "Sorry I asked," he said and then hesitantly added, "You couldn't sleep?"
"I admit to it, I did not receive many sleeps while in my room." She said, reveling no sign that she had been awake because of other reasons.
"Well, the sun won't come up for another 3 hours, and I doubt any of us will be able to get any more sleep as of tonight. What are we going to do?" Raven inquired.
