DRAGON BALL ULTIMATE
CHAPTER 1
Prologue : The Three Saiyans
(Note that the reader assumes the role of Genderless Saiyan.)
[Age 790]
Three space pods fly to earth many years after the fight between Gogeta Blue and Broly, the Legendary Super Saiyan. A family of 3 Saiyans of mysterious origin land on the outskirts of West City. Sensing the power, and being the nearest Z Fighter, Vegeta heads to the Weastlands and finds the three pods opened and a family exiting the pods.
Shallot: "Huh? We're on Earth?"
Pepper: "But... We were just hurdling through space a moment ago!"
Genderless Saiyan: "MOM! DAD! WE HAVE TAILS! AND THIS COOL ARMOR!"
Vegeta: "And that armor belongs to the Cooler Force Armored Squad! So explain why I shouldn't kill you here and now."
Piccolo (chiming in just in the nick of time): "These Saiyans are special. like Goku. But you should give me those scouters. They are transmitting your location to Cooler!"
They assume the Namekian means the devices on their heads, so they throw them on the ground and they shatter.
Meanwhile...
[Cooler Planet C-137]
Cooler: "Damn those traitorous Saiyans! Those Simian savages will pay!"
Frieza: "What a coincidence, brother. I have a monkey problem as well. Care to put aside our sibling rivalry for a temporary truce? But the one called Goku...leave him to me. His death will be my revenge!"
The two join forces and head to Earth to confront the Saiyans.
Meanwhile, back on Earth...
Piccolo: "I'm sure they got enough of a transmission to be heading toward us right now. They don't take betrayal well."
Vegeta: "Yes, that's exactly what they will think. More Saiyans have let them down and they will be coming to destroy us all. We have approximately 5 months to train and prepare to defend this planet. Are you with us?"
The family of Saiyans, still confused about what's going on, agree to go along with the plan and aid the Z-fighters.
