For anyone who've read Dark Parables The Winter Child with the Sight, here is the preview. And this will be from Lumina's P.O.V.

A few weeks after my rescue, I stayed with Sophia, the Detective, throughout the December month. Though it was awkward at first, I finally managed to call her by her name and not 'Detective'. We worked out an agreement that I'll only call her 'Detective' during our missions together. It was now January and I've moved into Sophia's house a couple of days ago after our celebration of the holiday. Scotland was a sight to see. Everything was absolutely beautiful! The lush green of the grass, the clear skies, and the mountains from the distance. It was almost like I'm home, back in the Cloud Palace. I was in the guest room that she offered me to rest, after what had happened to me. I was still tired and not used to walking back in my body. I still need adjusting.

But in my sleep, I keep getting dreams that I don't understand. This night, everything made sense to me. In the beginning, I was back at the Cloud Palace. Looking at the throne, I smiled at the human-like doll sleeping. She'll wake up again someday, soon.

I felt that something was calling for me as the source draws me to the basement. There were those double doors with the swan engravings. What was it trying to tell me? I place a hand on the door as it slowly opened. I walked through the doors to see a dazzling moonlit lake. Spotting eleven swans flying nearby, each elegantly landed on the surface of the water.

Near the edge of the lake was a very young girl, around the age of six. She was all alone on this moonlit night. I can sense the essence of Spring inside her, she must be a recent successor chosen by the former Ruler of Spring. Unlike me or the other successors, Spring was special in its own way. The most ancient powers that normally seeks young members of the family to inherit it.

I walked closer to her to get a better view, being careful not to disturb her. Settling down, I continued to watched her as the cool breeze swept across my face. In her hands is a green shirt. Surrounding her little self are the fabled plants that stings. She continued to make the shirts, not noticing my presence. She didn't do anything else, not even making any sounds. It was just too quiet.

However, she stopped her knitting of the shirts to stare out into the horizon. And just as she was about to slowly turned around, I didn't get the chance to see her face because up ahead, in the sky, a portal seemed to have opened. I turned my attention back to the girl, but I couldn't see her because she was gone! I did see, however, that the eleven swans nearby were panicking. They took off to the sky as the sun is at the break of reaching the horizon. As dawn approached, they landed on the grassy area just as light can be seen in the horizon. Suddenly, the mist rolled in and replacing these swans were eleven figures in silver armor.

Waking up from my dream, I stumbled out of my room. It was still early in the morning, but I knew that around six is when Sophia wakes for her breakfast.

"Whoa, slow down there, Lumina." she stopped me from falling down the stairs. "What are you doing up so early in the morning?"

"Sophia, I have to tell you..."

After telling her of my dreams, she offered me some hot chocolate.

"I'm guessing that this will happen soon, once Spring comes." she assumed.

"I think so."

"But until then, don't worry about." she insisted. "Just know..."

"That our next journey continues."

That's all for the preview. Try guessing what the next fan-made story will be based on, though I'm sure you already know the answer.
