Roxas sat across Namine in silence. He had been watching her draw on her sketchpad for a good hour or so, and was getting tired of doing nothing but sit.
"Ya know, you could stop messing with her in her dreams," Roxas said to Namine.
He stood up and stretched as Namine ignored him. "You should try meeting with her in person for once."
Namine, who was still ignoring Roxas, focused more on her sketch of a girl she's been visiting; a girl with auburn, dark red hair, and dark blue eyes.
"Are you listening?" Roxas asked.
"No," Namine answered.
Roxas sighed.
"Don't you think it's weird, though?" he asked.
For once, Namine turned her attention to Roxas rather than to her sketch.
"What is?"
"That you have feelings for her?"
Namine's grip on her sketchpad tightened.
"Since when did I say I have feelings for her?" she asked with a twinge of annoyance.
"You didn't," Roxas said in a small voice. His facial features softened as he said, "But I can tell, ya know?"
Namine's face turned red and she looked away.
"It's none of your business," she mumbled. She began to draw once more, the atmosphere suddenly heavy.
"It's the way you look at her," Roxas pointed out. "I can see it in your eyes that you'd do anything to be with her."
Namine suddenly stood up and growled.
"Get out, Roxas," she snarled. "I don't want to talk about this."
With a small shrug and a sigh, Roxas left the room, gently closing the door behind him.
Once he had left, Namine sank in her seat, her hands covering her face.
He isn't right, he isn't right, Namine repeated in her head. He isn't right…
Namine stared at her drawing of the girl through her fingers. The girl was tall and slender, wearing a white school uniform shirt with a light blue, plaid tie, along with a matching skirt. Her auburn hair seemed to be blown by the wind and her dark blue eyes stared quietly back.
I want her, Namine thought. At this, she immediately shook her head, denying the fact.
Absentmindedly, she took the sketchpad and held it close to her.
"What would Roxas know?" Namine thought out loud. What would he know…?
