Okay so it is now time for a one shot because I really have nothing better to do when I can't sleep at 12:24 in the morning. This is a friend one shot that I debated doing but wasn't really planning on posting up until just now.

Rome sat in her room, that was less than 0 on a neatness scale, and stared at a picture of her and her friend Tokyo on the wall. As she stared she remembered that first day in 2010 when the countries had first started to bring the capitols to meetings. Rome looked off and saw herself and all the younger capitols, because none of them knew each other they were all terribly small and all around the ages of 10 or 11.

~flash back~
Rome's P.O.V.

I was walking behind Italy and Romano with my sword itching to be drawn. I was plucked out of my favorite street corner just as I was about to rob the bakery too. But it was nice to see these two idiots again. My long black cloak with worn ends flowed behind me and I made sure I still had all 30 of my favorite bronze arrows in my pouch. My long wooden hunting bow was at my back, I looked ready for a war, not a peace meeting. As we approached the door I suddenly became conscious of my ratty, tangled, dirty hair and started to comb it with my fingers, I could do nothing for my clothes though.

Italy opened the door with a happy, "Vee~" and started to mingle among his many friends. Romano had broken off and went to a corner so he would not be bothered by the noise of the meeting. I decided to do the same and I saw a shorter country with choppy, straight, black hair and a white, gold, and black military uniform. Behind him stood a girl, about my age, with curly dirty-blonde hair sticking out from under her wig as she wore a costume with a manga in her hand. Unfortunately I could not tell which one because the title was in Japanese. But, she still looked very cute.
"Hello." she said with a smile when she noticed me staring. Her eyes were a pretty light green, which made me loathe my dark brown, almost black eyes. I noticed more though, her skin was deathly pale, she looked almost like a vampire, it also seemed that she was looking around for some friends she may have made at another meeting.
"C-c-ciao," I stuttered, forgetting how to speak English. I shook my head, overwhelmed by the new environment and regained my senses. "I mean, hello. My capitol name is Rome, what is your capitol name?" I had asked.
"Tokyo," she answered simply, "So your the Rome?" she inquired.
"No, just the capitol of the Rome. I have been around much longer than he." I answered.
"Oh," she said, obviously disappointed. I took a closer look at the manga she was reading and remembered the cover art.
"I love that manga!" I yelled.
"Me too," she answered, "Though how did you...?" Her voice trailed off.
"I, uh, am kind of a thief..." I admitted.
"Oh, it's okay." She said.

Rome's P.O.V.

I then heard a knock at my door interrupting my memory. I opened it to see my dear friend standing in front of me with the same manga in her hand and the same costume she wore on that day. "Hello, Tokyo-chan," I said greeting her with a hug.

Okay so rate, reply, follow, blah blah blah, hope you likey! Sorry this is sooooooo short! Ciao, Roma~
