I had an image while I was eating some pizza. Basically, Aichi failed to save the world, and Kai got his wish. Sort of.

Enjoy.

"Attack!" The sixth damage fell on Aichi's side. I watched as his face registered horror and defeat, his teeth grinding. The so called hero had lost.

"Too bad, Sendou Aichi. You let the whole world down." Reverse Takuto laughed, his lips curling into a sneer, yellow and green eyes glowing menacingly.

I watched as the black flame engulfed my former comrade, his screams piercing my ears. I looked down from the building. The other reverse fighters smiled in triumph, and the regular ones looked up in horror, as the ring expanded, bringing darkness with it.

I smiled to myself. I was the strongest. I was higher than anyone. Than those reverse fighters, than Ren, than Aichi

Perhaps even Takuto.

As the pitch dark cloud moved across the sky, it sucked up the lives of everything, souls being sucked out if living organisms, humans, animals, plants, trees, bacteria.

Although for some reason, I was left alive.

So here I was, standing on pure black, watching as the world became lifeless and desolate. I turned back to Takuto and Aichi, widening my eyes in shock.

Aichi was dying as well.

Suddenly, it all hit me. My sins, my accomplishments, my memories.

I realized what I done.

I widened my eyes in horror as I felt my power strengthen even more. I looked at Takuto. Or at least, where Takuto was standing.

What was in place of the false Takuto was the flowing red plume, the yellow and red rings floating and spinning, just like when I saw it, before I got the power of reverse. I opened my mouth to speak, to demand what was going on. But nothing came out, and I closed my mouth.

'Ah, so you're still left, and by the looks of it, you want answers.' I felt a voice ring in my ears, a horrible and inhuman rasp hissing in my ear.

Once again, my mouth paralyzed with shock, I couldn't speak, but. Reverse continued on anyway.

'Well, seeing that all life was destroyed on her and Cray...' The rings spun, almost menacingly, and I widened my eyes in horror.

'Perhaps you're not even alive.'

I widened my eyes even more, my eye muscles straining, and I heard chuckling.

'I don't know what happened, but it's a good thing. Together, we can destroy the life forms in this universe.' it hissed, sounding a bit confused. But I knew what was going on.

I'm so evil that I lost the right to call myself a life form. I thought, my stomach churning with dread.

'No matter. This is what you wanted.' Reverse sneered. 'Enjoy.'

I watched as the red plumes slithered away, and I sat, black mist rising, and I started crying, my tears almost as black as this miserable world. This wasn't what I wanted. This wasn't how he visioned it.

The tears, now stained with sin, plopped on the black mist and became engulfed in darkness. I continued to sob as he was reminded of how the little bluenette was engulfed in those horrible, black flames.

My quiet cries echoed in the empty world.

Is this what hell feels like? I thought, looking up at the colorless sky. I used to enjoy watching sunsets with Aichi, my love, the colors dancing, joyful and alive, and my heart felt like it was eating itself. I realized that I didn't want power.

I wanted Aichi.

My tears continued to plop down, continued to be covered in the colorless mist.

Aichi...
