Finally I figured out where I wanted to go with this! Here is a teaser to the back story to Meara who was featured in weapon13WhiteFang's chapter of What a Charming Idea entitled 'Leaving on a Jet Plane'
Meara arrived at the cemetery early, dressed in a Jackie-O inspired suit and hat complete with face shielding veil, black stockings and heels, she looked like a model for mourning wear. Truth was however, that graveside services weren't really her thing but at the assisted living facility she had taken a liking to the woman as her feisty nature and frequent nostalgic moments. According to the facilities records, the woman had one son but his name wasn't listed so when Meara heard the roar of multiply motorcycles entering the cemetery behind the hearse, she was more than a bit confused.

"Hey, Happy who is that over there?" asked Juice
Happy turned his attention from the hearse that they were unloading to his mother's gravesite and shrugged.
"Maybe she had a friend or something still alive."

Meara stood stock still, knowing that given the open expanse of the cemetery that there was no way for her to just get up and walk off with out being noticed if she wasn't already or causing a scene. Instead she folded her hands in her lap and kept her eyes firmly focused on the ground in front of her.

Slowly the coffin made its way up the small hill from the road, carried by Happy, Koz, Jax, Tig, Juice and Chibs. As they reached the gravesite and set it down, they realized that the mysterious figure was no elderly woman but with the priest right on their heels there was no time to find out who she was and what she was doing there.
