AN: My attempt at a 1D fanfic. Don't hate on my original characters as they are my friends. For the count, I have absolutely no idea what its like in Great Britain seeing as I'm american. Disclaimer: If I owned the boys, I'd be living in London. Seeing the previous comment, I obviously don't. That being said, read on annnnnnnnddddddddd REVIEW! :)

It was a bright, and sunny day in the UK. Daria had just received her stuff which she had shipped from California. She'd flown in the day before and had been sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. She began unpacking her furniture and setting up her clothing in the closet. Daria decided to check out the university before the school year started. While she was getting ready to go, her phone started ringing. The telly tubbie song started to play out of her phone.

"I really need to change that." she grumbled. "Hello?" she said into the phone.

It was Aleeza, her best friend.

"Hi Aleeza! When is your flight landing? Come meet me at my apartment." she said.

"Silly, my flight already landed and I'm outside your door. Let me in!" laughed Aleeza.

Daria hurried to open the door and greet her best friend after hanging up.

"So, I've saved the other bedroom for you. I'm going to go check out the university. Coming?" asked Daria.

Aleeza replied, "Yeah, give me one second. We definitely want to know our way around before the regular crowd comes."

The two girls headed out and walked to the university. They poked around the buildings and looked around until it was too dark to see. At that point, they headed home. Once home, Aleeza's stomach began to rumble. Aleeza headed for the fridge but stopped when she realized it was probably empty. Daria had flown in late the day before.

"Um, Daria? You didn't happen to stock the fridge did you?" she asked.

"Darn it! No, it totally slipped my mind. Do you want to go out or order take in?" Daria smacked her head in frustration.

"Lets go out and see what our new neighborhood is like. We will be living here for the next four years."

Both girls grabbed their jackets and headed out, remembering to lock the door to their new flat. They passed a Mexican restaurant and almost went in but continued on when they decided they didn't want to be farting all night.

Daria suggested, "Lets go to a pub. I've heard that there is really good food there."

Aleeza agreed and headed to the door of a place called "Charlie's Pub". The girls sat down and waited for the waiter to come.

"Hi, my name is Louis and I'll be your server today. What can I get you?" he said.

The girls ordered and Louis eyebrows rose in surprise.

"Alright girls, are you sure that you aren't waiting for someone? This is quite a bit of food for two girls." Louis looked worried. Both girls assured him that they could eat it all. Ten minutes later, their plates were empty.

"Wow. You girls were hungry." Louis had come back for the plates.

The girls split the bill and walked back. On the way, they stopped by a bike store.

"We should get bikes so we don't need to walk everywhere." Aleeza said.

Daria opened the door and stepped into the warm room. There were bikes of every shape and color everywhere. They looked around and chose 2 cruiser bikes with locks attached. They biked home and set up another air mattress for Aleeza to sleep on. While Aleeza showered, Daria brushed her teeth and vice versa. While Daria checked her Facebook and her email, Aleeza was talking.

"I'm so excited! School starts the day after tommorow. There is so much we have to do before then. We need to go buy school supplies. We also need to *yawn* stock your fridge. Good night." she yawned.

Both girls went to bed.
