Harry Potter was worried. In just a few days his son, Albus would be finally attending Hogwarts. It was quite strange really; he never felt like this when he sent James off. He knew he didn't like Albus more than James (of course not) it was just that Albus was so…Albus. For one thing Albus frightened of everything: the sorting, thestrals, leaving home. And that was just a few. But Harry almost seemed more worried about Albus than he was himself (if that was possible) It wasn't like it was his fault for freaking out, McGonagall had said slytherin was practically waging a war on the other houses. Harry sighed; he was letting his worries get to him. If only he had a way of keeping watch on Albus…
Then an idea struck him but it seemed unlikely to work unless McGonagall agreed. Maybe a talk with the headmistress was an order.
As Harry stepped out of the fire and into the headmistress's office, Minerva McGonagall stopped organizing papers for the upcoming term and turned to glare at Harry. Harry half expected her to shout "Potter what you do this time" but when she waited for him, he calmly told her his plan.
"so you think you can stop the current house disputes by having one student from slytherin make friends with students from other houses" McGonagall questioned.
"Yes" Harry answered, "so other students could follow the example."
"But what student would willing to help"
"That's where Teddy comes in, he's taking a gap year before he starts auror training so he could pose as a student in slytherin by morphing and make friends with other houses." "Also", Harry continued, "Teddy could make sure the slytherins don't plan anything rash, then report back to us via owl post." Harry was pretty sure Teddy would be willing to help, for his own reasons sure but he would help.
"There's something to that, you should talk to Teddy before we do anything official" McGonagall said with curiosity.
"I was planning to just now" Harry finished.
"So Harry what's going on, I'm guessing you didn't take me to Diagon Ally just for Ice Cream" Teddy asked.
"You're right," Harry said trying to find the right words, "I need a favor, Me and McGonagall have a plan for you to go back to Hogwarts, we want you to use your metamorphic powers to be a slytherin so you can make friends with students from other houses to calm down our differences."
No kidding Teddy thought, the war had made slytherin turn on the other houses. But for a whole year…
"I know your skeptical, but I also want to keep an eye on Albus, Ron feels the same way about rose to" besides Harry continues "don't act like you don't want to see Victoire."
"Alright, Alright" Teddy Groaned, "I always wanted to choose my own mane."
"Actually you don't, me and McGonagall are creating your background; your name is Tergo Iterum who switched from Drumstrang, we'll give you the details later just make sure you make a lot of friends so people copy you and remember don't tell anyone." Harry says seriously.
"Okay, Okay harry do you have an instruction booklet to?"
"Just make sure you're at Kings cross on September 1st and look like a normal student, after that no morphing." Harry says.
This might be fun Teddy thinks as Harry leaves.
