Summary: So um this story exists only because of a very weird conversation BatmanRules256 and I had. This is a one-shot loosely based in the same Universe as Determined Tale. Chara and Frisk find a village full of Furbies somewhere in the underground and something happens….
Chara's LV 2 (Same as in the current chapter of Determined Tale)
Chara wasn't exactly sure how they had ended up here. All she remembered was them checking some random door in Waterfall. Next thing she knew she and Frisk were in this strange village with small fuzzy monsters that had beaks and glassy eyes. They also had webbed feet and waddled around.
One of the creatures waddled up to them. It opened it's beak and tried talking in squeaks and chirps that attempted to imitate human speech. It's glowing glassy eyes were unnerving to look at and the way it blinked was creepy. Frisk was currently hiding behind Chara using the older, and taller, girl as a shield.
Chara looked back at Frisk for a moment. "I know you're not a big fan of killing or violence kid… but would you be upset if I dusted all of these creepy things?" She asked the younger girl. The younger girl shook her head.
Chara smiled before stepping towards the Furby actually being the one to initiate the battle. The first thing she did was check the creature. An unholy abomination that should never have existed. ATK -3 DEF -80. Strange white puffballs with hearts inside them tried to hit Chara but she easily avoided them.
Chara dodged the attacks easily enough before attacking herself multiple times thanks to the Tough Gloves she was wearing. She did 120 damage instantly killing the Furby. She didn't gain any EXP but she did get about 100 gold.
She continued on in this vein until there was nothing left but dust and empty buildings. Also one of the houses was mysteriously on fire and screaming could be heard coming from it. This was ignored however. By the end of it Chara had earned around 200,000,000 gold. "Holy cow we're rich." She stated not caring at all that she didn't earn any experience.
'Can we just act like this never happened?' Frisk signed tugging on Chara's sleeve and trying to head back towards the door they entered from.
"Yea sure no problem kiddo." Chara said leaving with Frisk without a fuss. No one would ever find the door again. No record would ever be found of the abominations that were Furbies. No one would ever question where the dust on Chara's clothes had come since she had not gained any LV at all from the experience.
AN: So um yea that was a thing…. This has absolutely nothing to do with the main story. So no Chara and Frisk are not currently rich as hell in Determined Tale. As the summary says this was just something stupid inspired by a conversation BatmanRules256 and I had. Also if you haven't already go check out his Story Underschool. Okay bye.
