A/N: This week's one-shot. Really short, but kinda cute. Maybe. I'm not sure, to be honest. But its what came out. If you can tell, I've been on a bit of a Doctor Who kick lately. Too many episodes, not enough time.

"Why don't they just use a mirror?"
"What d'you mean?"
Severus and Hermione were sitting on the couch in what had become known as the "Muggle Room" in Grimmauld Place. It had a television, computer, and various video games for the men in the house. Currently, Severus and Hermione were watching reruns of a popular television show called Doctor Who. Severus loved Hermione dearly, but there were just some things about her that he would never understand. Such as her strange taste in television shows.
"The angels are stuck in their solidified forms when they are seen, yes?" Hermione looked at him quizzically. He had a habit of dissecting everything they watched.
"Yes, Severus, they are."
"And they cover their eyes so they don't look at each other? One angel can effect another?"
"Severus, please just get to the point." A commercial came on, Severus turning on the couch to see her better, attempting to explain his logic.
"If they would just hold up a mirror then the angel would be forced to look at itself. Therefore, a person would retain their ability to blink. Right?" Hermione cracked a small smile. "Right?" She shook her head at him.
"Yes, Severus. You're right. However, if they did that then there would be no plot line." She leaned in closer to him. "And we like plot lines." She kissed him promptly on the lips and settled down into him as the show started up again.
"But-"
"Just shut up and watch the show, Sev."
He looked down at her, still wondering how he ended up with such a woman. He blinked twice before relaxing back into the cushions of the couch.
"Yes dear."
He never noticed the movement out of the corner of his eye.
