After Tatias near death experience with Esther and Niklaus, she begs Ayanna for help with out Esther's knowledge. Ayanna then kills her, and secretly preserves her body under under a small river. Tatias spirit remained on the other side watching her descendants especially her two doppelgänger Katherine and Elena being tormented by vampires. After Elenas death under wickery bridge it awoke Tatia under wickery bridge and now she's trying to connect to Bonnie through Ayanna, and Jeremy.
