She deceived him. She knew he would be furious when she came back.

He was much more than furious.

Aggressive and violent, yes, but it was because of passion, passion she caused when she kissed him. He had never, ever, expected she would do that someday, yo kiss him, but the one thing that really surprised him was the intensity and the ardor of her kiss. Why would she kiss him like she did?

Not even she knew the answer.

Coming back to the mansion, she was thinking about the same thing which assailed Kraven´s mind that very instant. Yes, Selene knew she had some control over him, that she could manipulate him, due to his obstinate infatuation which he cherished for her. But did it have to be so ardent? So devastating, to the point of involve her in that kiss, forbidden, dissolute, ardent, almost sinful?

She didn´t want him. Maybe "want" is not the right word. No, she didn´t want him. She began to desire him, so intense and ardently as he desired her.

She arrives at the mansion. It was raining.

Selene was terribly confuse about what she had done, confuse with her own thoughts.

She goes up the stairs to go to the library. Kraven was there. He walks in her direction. He was also confuse, but he knew what he was feeling, and Selene didn´t.

They meet in the middle of the room and look to each other.

Deadly silence.

The slashing sound was of Kraven´s violence to push her against the wall. Their bodies were one more time close to each other. "Why are you doing this to me?" he asks, desperate, his lips begging for the hat of her mouth.

He squeezed his body against hers. Kissed her neck, like he did long time ago. his desire consumed him for too long.

He wanted her. Longed for her.

She gave in.
