"Are we almost done?" Hilbert asked. He was at Hilda's house, helping her with her dishes because her dishwasher had broken.

"Yeah," Hilda said, drying off a plate. She put in carefully in a cupboard on top of other plates that had been washed and dried. "We're done."

"Good. I was kinda tired of doing dishes anyway." Hilbert shrugged and walked out of the kitchen, but stopped when he passed Hilda's glass cookie jar.

There was one cookie left.

Eagerly, Hilbert quietly opened the jar, but no sooner had he stuck his hand in to grab the prized cookie, Hilda came up next to him and made a grab for the cookie. The two of them looked at each other, then began to argue.

"Hilda, I saw the cookie first, so it's mine!" Hilbert said.

"Oh yeah? Well, it's my house, so I am entitled to the last cookie!" Hilda shot back.

"No, I got the cookie first!" Hilbert argued.

"I did!" Hilda said.

"No, I did!"

"No, I did!"

The two went on like this for quite some time, until Hilbert decided to settle the debate once and for all.

"Y'wanna play RaceAround 3 to see who gets it?"

A.N. RaceAround is like Mario Kart, just with a worse name.

"Fine." Hilda said with a smirk. "But can you set it up? I have to go to the bathroom." Hilbert nodded and went into the living room and started to set up the game.

TIME PASSES….

"Shiz!" Hilda yelled, looking at the screen. She had lost the race to Hilbert, and in doing that, had lost her cookie.

"HA!" Hilbert cried triumphantly. "The cookie is mine!" He ran over to the cookie jar in the kitchen, ready to eat his cookie…but the jar was…

"Empty?" Hilbert asked in confusion. He remembered the cookie being in the jar when they had started arguing, but now it was gone! "Hilda…"

"Yeah?" Hilda asked, coming into the kitchen.

"Where'd the cookie go?" Hilda raised her eyebrows, and then went into a coughing fit. "Are you okay?"

"Yes…" Hilda grinned. Then, something occurred to Hilbert.

"Can you set it up? I have to go to the bathroom." Hilbert's eyes widened.

"HILDA, YOU ATE MY COOKIE!" At this accusation, Hilda began to laugh very loudly, leaning on the counter for support. "DIDN'T YOU?"

"Yes!" She said in between laughs. "I did eat the cookie."

"You know…I would've shared it with you." Hilbert muttered.

"Oh, buck up," Hilda laughed. "I'll make you some. Okay?"

"Thanks, Hilda," Hilbert said, pulling her into a hug.

"No problem."

AWW…they're so cute. Hee hee. Sooo…yeah! The End. Reviews are appreciated! And I shall be back with more CHESSHIPPING! Yay! -Sniv
