A.N. This is my first fanfic so please go easy on me!
Kage's Perspective
"What am I even doing?" He asked himself as he looked over the ledge of the building. Kage was staring down at a boy about twelve to thirteen with white hair and another boy about the same age with black and green hair. He had used zetsu to conceal his presence, but he knew that they could probably detect him in other ways. The moment he had started to follow them, they had gone off the main road and walked along the back alleys of the city. As he watched them, he strained to hear what they were saying.
"Hey Gon! Let's start heading back to Wing-san's house so we can show him how far we have come." The white haired boy said.
"Alright Killua," said Gon the black and green haired boy, "We should hurry since it's starting to get dark out here."
As the two hurried along, Kage quietly unsheathed his wakizashi and ran after them.
~LINE BREAK~
After a few twists and turns, the two entered a building that, from the looks of it, did not seem to Kage like this "Wing-san's" house. Kage used en to figure out that the two were standing on either side of the doorway and were waiting for him. He smiled a little, which was rare for him, and decided to play a trick on the two boys. He ran around the building, jumped through an open window, and stalked forward until he saw his first target.
Killua's Perspective
Killua knew that there had been someone following him and Gon ever since they had entered the back alleys. He signaled to Gon that they should go to the abandoned building that they always went to so they could lie in wait for their stalker. What Killua didn't know, however, was just how clever their stalker was. As he stared at the entrance to the building, he heard some shifting behind him. He thought it was just the wind blowing around some papers, when suddenly he felt a tap on his shoulder and whirled around to face his opponent. What he did not expect to see was the person in front of him. He was about a foot, maybe two bigger than Killua's height, but seemed to be only a little older than Killua. Everything about the boy was blue except for his boots and his eyes. His eyes were a deep scarlet color, and the right one had a scar across it.
"Who are you? Why are you here?" Killua asked the boy.
"I don't believe that I need to tell you my name-" The boy started.
"Why not?" asked Killua angrily. By this time Gon had hear Killua talk and had run over to help him in case he was in danger.
"Why not," the boy said incredulously, "because you'll be dead soon anyway."
At this Killua and Gon jumped back as fast as possible, landing a large distance away from the boy.
"Please don't make this hard for me." The boy sighed. When the boy saw Killua and Gon had taken up their fighting stances, he simply groaned and disappeared.
