"Alli!" I heard my name being called.
I turned around and there he was.
There was Dave.
"You going to let me have my turn?" he asked, smiling.
I looked at him confused.
He pointed to what I was holding and I looked down.
It reached out for me... my baby.
When did this happen?
I gave Dave the baby and stared at them two together.
They look perfect...
Dave tickled the baby's belly and it giggled.
I felt myself smile.
It looks just like him.
I looked around.
Where am I?!
I looked again and realized that I knew exactly where I was.
I was in Dave's basement.
"Alli?" Dave called.
I looked up.
"Alli!" he yelled.
I looked at him confused.
Why do you keep calling me, Dave?
"Dave..." I said and he disppeared.
Dave. I'm right here! Where did you go?
"Dave!" I cried.
"Alli!" someone called my name.
I felt hands shaking me.
What's going on?
I opened my eyes and I saw my best friend Jenna.
"Alli?" she whispered and backed away.
I sat up and blinked.
"How long have you been saying my name?" I asked.
Jenna sighed and sat down on the bed next to mine, where she slept now, and shrugged.
"I don't know..." she made a face as she thought. "A minute or two."
Awkward...
I forced a smile and got up.
"You know it's Saturday. Right?" Jenna asked me.
I stopped looking through clothes in my closet and turned around.
"Oops!" I giggled and dropped my hands to my sides.
I looked at her confused. "Wait. Why did you try waking me up then?"
She shrugged.
"Hmm..." I nodded and walked back over to my bed and sat down, looking at her.
"Lonely, I guess," she looked around the room. "This room is so small."
I shrugged. "I know..."
I tried to lay back, but I instantly felt sick.
"Ugh," I groaned and got up, thinking I just had to go to the bathroom or something.
"What's wrong?" Jenna asked.
I sighed. "It's back again..." I explained.
"The nausia?" she asked.
I nodded and she quickly ran to the bathroom and helped me.
Why am I doing this? Am I pregnant?
I vomitted and Jenna pulled my hair back and all away from my face.
I feel horrible... this is horrible. Why am I letting Jenna do this for me?
I finished and suddenly my stomach felt so much better.
"Thanks," I told her, forcing a small smile.
"No problem!" she grinned. "It's a good thing, today's still Saturday..."
I nodded.
