*So, I'm deciding to re-upload this on here because I've missed writing this story and I put on Twitter that I was going to upload it but I never got round to it. I think the first and second chapters are the same but I may have slightly changed some bits of it but I hope you enjoy this the second time around.*
6:45pm
Lucy POV:
Amy was forcing me to go to the party.
"You have no social life Lucy, have some fun before you get old!" Amy yelled up the stairs.
"Amy, you're two years younger than me. How about the next time you have a party, I'll force you to go even if you don't want to!" I yelled back.
"Well, I go to every party I have, now get down here I wanna see how you look." She replied.
"You know how I look. You picked it out."
I was wearing some grey leggings, a black vest and a red-checkerboard pattern t-shirt over the top and also some black trainers.
"Nice. I did a good job. Now go! You'll be late" Amy said.
"One: Don't flatter yourself and Two: I didn't wanna go in the first place."
"Now Lucy" Amy dictated.
"I thought I was pushy. Getting yelled at by my 14-year old sister!" Lucy replied
7:15pm
I arrived at the party. My first thought was 'Parties are sooo not my thing' so I kinda stayed in the corner out of the way.
7:45pm
I stood in the corner away from everyone. My second thought was 'If I stay out of the way then no one will talk to me or notice me. Of course. I jinxed it. This tall-brown haired-blue eyed guy started walking towards me. 'Oh no,' I thought ' I'm gonna embarrass myself aren't I?'
"Hi," I said.
"Hi" He replied, "I'm guessing parties aren't your thing?"
"Nope. That's what I tried telling my sister. Even though she's younger than me, she still forces me. You can try though. It won't work."
"I think I'm good actually. Parties aren't my thing either. I think they are too ... social." he said
"That's what parties are. Social events." I said. 'Really Lucy.' I thought.
"Wyatt Logan," he said, holding out his hand.
" Lucy Preston," I said as I hook his hand.
"Nice to meet you, ma'am," Wyatt said.
"You too," I said.
So after that, we walked outside and talked all evening.
"Well Lucy, it was nice talking to you," Wyatt said.
"Talk to you later, ok? I asked.
"Yeah. Later Luce." Wyatt replied.
10:59pm
"So, I see you stayed most of the time then" Amy shouted from the living room.
"No, Amy. It finishes at one" I reply.
"Yeah, but you still stayed most of the time" Amy yelled back.
I talked to Amy before I went and finished anything before the last week of school.
"So... meet any cute boys? Get a boyfriend?" Amy quizzed.
My phone buzzed. It was Wyatt. Of course, it just had to go off when Amy was looking at my phone.
"So you did huh? Who's Wyatt?" Amy asked with a smile on her face.
"Amy. I met him tonight. It's no big deal. No one special. But you could say he was cute"
"Right. Sooooo, what does he look like? Because he sounds special to you." Amy said continuing to smile.
"Tall. Brown hair. Blue eyes. Before you ask, no he did not ask me out and why do you need to know anyway?"
"Just asking. Do you think if he asked you out, you would go out with him? said Amy.
"I honestly don't know Amy. Maybe. Maybe not. I've only just met him and I have no idea what he is like exactly" I said
"Alright, you keep telling yourself that!" she shouted from the kitchen.
"Night Amy"
11:26pm (The time as I was writing this. How ironic)
Wyatt: Hey Luce. It's Wyatt.
Lucy: Hey. You ok?
Wyatt: Yeah. You?
Lucy: My sister is calling my name again. I'd better go. Bye!
Wyatt: Bye Lucy.
*Ok, so I haven't a clue when the next chapter will be up, hopefully, be able to get it up by next Wednesday (she says (whether it'll happen, is another story))*
