"You….you guys can't be serious," she reasoned, looking between the three men staring at her from her living room couch. "I can't!"
Sasuke gave her a long, measured look, and frowned. "You can't keep leading us all on, Sakura. It's not fair." Kakashi nodded beside him, and Naruto shrugged.
"I don't really mind," he smiled, and she felt her heart swell just looking at him. She fought to keep focused, though; getting distracted now would only end in disaster.
"Seriously. I love you all equally – making me choose is unfair to me!" Sakura pouted, folding her arms across her chest. Her bangles chimed on her wrist, drawing their attention and holding it momentarily. It was quiet as they stared, then returned to reality moments later. Sakura bristled pleasantly at their interest.
"We understand that, Sakura," Kakashi rebuked gently, "but it's hard on us. It's ruining our….companionship." He looked pained admitting it, and grimaced at Naruto's cackle. She sighed, a long-suffering sigh that had them all quiet again, shuffling almost nervously. She stood, then went over and sat on the coffee table in front of them. Crossing her legs, she ignored their looks and eyed them all in turn.
"Now boys," she chided, "there's enough of me to share."
