Prologue:

The story of ancient pokemon, before there were such things as Pokeballs… This ought to be funny…

Chapter 1, the poochyanna (ME) and a human… Encounter!

I dashed through the forest at the hight of my speed, but I could tell it was catching up to me. I looked over my shoulder to see the bushes behind me moving. Why was this thing so hell bent on getting me! I took a flying leap over a fallen tree and scrambled under it. I saw the stantler race over the log and continue its mad chase down the un-beaten path. The red haird trainer on top scouring the surrounding brush. I cackled in the darkness of the rotting log. No matter what they tried they would never get me, I don't have plans, or set escape rounts. It's called improvising with what life shoots your way. You know what they say, when life gives you leamons, find someone who lie has given tequila and have a party!

I could hate to get netted by those trainers and put in a breaking camp, I've herd so many terrifying stories. Pokemon getting there skin pulled off and replaced with someone elses, or having your tail gnawed off by a pack of rattata. Horrible things happened there. No one would ever want to be caught, that's why I don't! That and I have a family of young electrike to look after.

"Stupid humans," I mocked. Then, carma decided she had enough of my boasting. I could hear the sound of many stantlers racing through the dence brush, towards me! "Oh now you decide to get revenge on me!" I could elude one stantler but many at once could read my thoughts and pinpoint my location. Even worse if I look at their antlers I will fall into an unconscious day dream.

"This way, Stantlers antlers are glowing!" I started as fast as my short stubby poochyanna legs would let me go. I pushed myself onto a poke-path and through quite a few tree roots. I needed to get to a diglett hole, and fast. Cause they were gaining on me faster than I could breathe. Just a little further, just a little further! I mentally pushed, when from behind a shot of electricity zapped the earth to my left, burning a hold straight through a tree. Run, run, run. AS FAST AS YOU CAN AQUILLA! It was in sight, the hole. I poured all of my concentration into my legs, but then, the worst. I tripped over my front paw and went face first into the dirt, just feet from my home.

"Help, kids, help! Thunder, shockwave, anything!" I begged as I tried to get up, but my leg was done for. Nothing emerged from the hole. Smart kids must have hrd them coming and scatterd.

"Listen to it howl for its buddies!" The red haired breaker howled, the others joind in his incious laughter. "Sorry brah, but your little friends abandon you." I didn't really care, they live to see another day, I did a good job raising them. Then from the air a huge bolt of lighting shot down onto all of the breakers. I gasped in happiness, even though they had been in a circle around me the kids just happened to miss me! I got to my paws and limped as fast as I could to the hole and tumbled inside, I gasped for breath as I crawled deaper in.

"Thank you, thank you!" I lept onto my bed of oran berry skins. My eyes had almost flittered closed when I herd two objects roll down into the house. I could bearly turn my head. When I saw the green fur I knew I was safe, and fell into a deap sleep.
