This is a poem I wrote for my Creative Writing Class. The theme was iconicity, in other words the typography was meant to remind you of something else. And I had the typography, but the website took it away... Anyway, when I wrote this, I had Canada in mind. And naturally, it fits.
Disclaimer: I don't own Hetalia.
I am Invisible
I'm pleased to have your attention
At least for a moment
Most people forget me
It's my eternal torment
No one sees my face
Voiced thoughts fade as well
It really is hard sometimes
So why do I want to tell ?
I really hope you remember me
But I know it will never be
Life simply goes on
Erasing me from all memory
Okay, so what I did was have a few blank spaces scattered throughout where a word could have been, thus making it seem as though the word became invisible. There's also something else I snuck in. Sometimes, what is perceived as 'invisible' is only overlooked. Can you spot something that is easily overlooked? Hint: look at the first letter each time.
