A/N: This story takes place after the events of Lincoln Loud's Underwater Adventure but before Danny Phantom: Creatures from Beyond.
Malie watched the sunset as Vrej returned with a enlarged cheek.
"Brother, what's in your mouth?" asked Malie.
"You won't believe it," said Vrej. "I was at this place that have giant jawbreakers."
Vrej swallowed his jawbreaker and said, "Now I'm going to ask you again, sister… WHAT DO YOU MEAN DAD ISN'T DEAD?!"
"I agreed to tell you that, if you apologized for your actions," said Malie.
"Come on, sis, have a heart," Vrej whined.
Malie stared at Vrej, causing him to say, "Yes, I know I'm the last person who gets to say that, but throw me a bone."
"Okay then," said Malie. "You remember how father was defeated on Halloween right? The Fairy Sages gave Timmy the Sage Wand which he used to on him."
"Right… I already knew that. He then turned to dust after he was drained of the power he absorbed."
"The truth of the matter is that the Sage Wand didn't drain the magic from father, but instead used the magic in him to create another Big Wand. The process destroyed his physical body, but his spirit lives on."
"Wait a minute… are you saying…"
"Right now, father is the Big Wand."
Vrej couldn't believe what he just heard. He couldn't believe that his father is now a magical object.
"How do we turn him back to normal?" asked Vrej.
Malie remained silent as a hole in space opened up. A man with purple skin, long black hair and an eyepatch walked through it, surprising Vrej.
"Venkalth?!" Vrej exclaimed. "What the heck are you doing here?!"
"You kids haven't changed a bit," said Venkalth.
"You got some nerve showing you're face around here," said Vrej.
"What brings you here?" asked Malie.
"I wanted to give you two a final chance," said Venkalth. "I want you two to join us."
"No way!" Vrej shouted. "You're part of the reason why we're in the position we're in."
"You're faced with powers that dwarf your own, Vrej," said Venkalth. "I just want you to remember that before doing something foolish."
Venkalth left through another portal leaving Vrej and Malie alone.
"I can't believe that guy!" said Vrej.
"But if he came here extending a final offer, that means something's about to happen," Malie pointed out. "Which means he's becoming active."
