There he amongst all the chaos, rubble and bodies of people she'd never even met who'd lost their lives.

She rushed over to him, not caring if she was in the middle of a deathly battle. If she couldn't be with him, she couldn't live.

She began to shake him, speak to him. Do anything just to get him moving. But it was too late.

He was gone.

Out of the corner of her eye she saw her Aunt, Bellatrix Lestrange. The most deadly follower of Voldemort, see her in such a weak, fatal position.

As Bellatrix muttered the words, she quickly said to the dead corpse in front of her.

'I love you, Remus.'

Kissing him was her last movement. Her last smell as of him. Her last taste was of his mouth.

There was a green light, and Nymphadora Lupin moved no more.
