In the dawn of the year 22XX, the world seemed to be rebuilding itself. It appeared that there was a calming peace between everyone. Of course, peace only last so long…
Soon, there were minor disputes: Over what was equal between reploids and humans. And, it seemed, the Mavericks were coming back. Reploids were going insane at random. There was a call for the Maverick Hunters to come back again, but the threats were a minimum. All attacks were stopped by the R. P (short for Reploid Police). This group was created to handle civil problems between reploids, run by Sonicdraiftermon. It was made up of a mix group of fighters, including some retired Hunters, and even human policemen. They were able to stop any of the disputes and Mavericks. Rebellions were smashed to the ground.
But…
A new leader for the Mavericks stepped forth. She, yes she, claimed to be the High Commander. She was not taken seriously at first, until she achieved a swing victory, causing billions of dollars in property damage and thousands of deaths. This caused uproar and a shock among everyone. She continued. Over then next months, two-thirds of the R. P. would be wiped out with casualties that had not been around since the previous Maverick Wars.
Her name was Akira, and she was fear incarnated.
There was a call again, a call for the Maverick Hunters to appear. It was answered: Though the R. P. would remain intact, Sonicdraiftermon would be named official Second-in-Command. A new reploid by the name of Black Mk II would take over responsibility and named Commander of the Maverick Hunter.
And if that was not enough…
Some reploids labeled Maverick, but without any virus, as well as quite a number of Maverick sympathizers lost some faith after the staggering losses from R. P. After Akira destroyed a large park, which contained nothing but children, animals, and peaceful reploids, some non-infected Maverick were deeply worried, offended, and put off. They did not want another Sigma about. A female Reploid by the name of Reinina, who was one of the few survivors of the attack, demanded that all Reploids who wanted equality, but not brutality, to ban together. It is said that parts of her speech mimicked much of Reploidforce's own beliefs. This group, first calling themselves "The Shadows," changed names over time, but finally settling on SH, short for Shadow Hunters, either as a salute to previous Hunter or as a mock to them. It was a mixed group: Civilian Reploids, some R. P. forces, non-infected Mavericks, even a few humans.
So, three groups were around:
The Maverick Hunters, lead by Black and Draifter, were trying to protect humans and save what was left of the planet.
The Mavericks, lead by the bloody-thirsty Akira, only goal to eradicate the swine still left from complete their goals, in similar fashion as Sigma
And finally, the Shadow Hunters, a group's goals driven on the equality between the two races, by any means necessary. Never were any innocence harmed, but any able-combated who stopped them from their more then illegal endeavors were probably pushed out of the way, but any means.
Order, Neutral, and Choas. Thrown together on the battlefield. Which side will win?
