A/N: This is my first "Legend of Zelda" ficcy. Its set in "Ocarina of Time" when Link is just a baby. I've been looking around and I've seen no fics about him before he met the Great Deku tree. So, I decided to come up with my own! ~.^ I hope you enjoy it!
DISCLIAMER: Mazoku-Princess doesn't own Link or Gannondorf (aka Gannondork) or any of the "Zelda" games, although she does have a cardraged for "The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons", but she doesn't have the properties to OWN the games. *pout*

A Despirite MotherShe stood in the Market Place, holding the buddle close to her body. A knight on a great black horse, wearing thick black armor, stood in her one way of escape: the Castle Gates. She looked around wildly, trying to find away our.
"You can't escape me," the knight sneered, edging his horse forward slowly. "No one ever has."
"I will get away," she whispered. "You'll never get me or my son!" Suddenly, she turned and made a run for the Temple of Time. The knight wasn't expecting this, but gave chase anyway. She turned into the ally that led to the Temple and disappeared.
The hosre pranced wildly, the knight looking about for her. Hearing a sound behind him, he turned in the saddle and saw her running toward the Gate. "I told you, you won't get away," he growled, charging forward. She turned, gasped, then ran faster, having seen the knight drawing his sward. "Good bye, Hylian!" the knight snarled, slicing down with his sword. She gasped and fell, just out side of the Kokiri Forest.
The knight snorted, and dismounted from his horse. "Heh, heh, heh, thought you could out run me, little witch?" he sneered, pulling off his helmet. The curel features of a male Gerudo warrior smirked at the prone figure of the woman.
His ears picked up the sound of crying, and his smirk widened. "A baby?" he lifted the corpse with a boot and saw the bundle. "I'll let it starve, its much more enjoyable this way." He put his helmet back on, then mounted his horse, not knowing that the child he left under the woman's body would be the young man to bring him to his downfall. The Great Deku Tree of the Kokiri Forest did know this and sent a fairy to bring him into safety.
"Years later, the baby grew into a strong young boy. The Great Deku Tree decided to call him Link. One night, The Deku Tree heard the boy whimpering in his home. 'It's time,' he thought. I hope you know the rest of the story.
The End, for now.
