It was not normal; yet not strange that Franky was the first one awake. After all he had a long list of things he needed to get done today. He went onto the deck of the Sunny, and felt the warm sun rise above the sea. Franky lifted up his sunglasses, and smiled.

Around the same time, Robin was coming down from the crow's nest. She was on watch that night. As she was climbing down, there was an extra arm on her back holding a book. As she reached the deck, the arm bend over and dropped the book onto her normal hands, then disappeared into flower petals.

"Oy!" Franky called. "Nico Robin. Good morning! Or should I say, Super morning!" Franky said with a big smile.

"Good morning to you too Franky." She said with a warm smile. "You're up early." Robin added.

"Well I got a big to do list." He said, placing his giant hands behind his head. "Still need to make repairs from what happened on Fishman Island." He looked down at her, and at the book she was holding. "Whatcha reading there?" He asked.

"Well, it's something I picked up from the Revolutionaries." She said. "There was only two copies in the world, and this is the last one."

"Was?" Franky asked.

"The other copy was in the library of...Ohara..."

Robin's voice trailed off. Mentioning the name of her home island brought back some bad memories. How her mother left her at two years old. How she spent the early part of her life not even knowing who her mother was. How everyone who knew her called her a monster and a demon. How the only people she could really call friends, the archeologist and Saul were gone. And how she finally got to see her mother after six years, only to have her taken away from her.

Franky looked at Robin as sadness filled her eyes. "Oy..." He said. "Oy! Nico Robin!" Robin quickly looked up to Franky, as he snapped her out of her daze. Franky remembered hearing how a Buster Call destroyed Robin's home island. He guessed that just her mentioning it made her remember back to it being destroyed. "I understand what happen must have been upsetting," He took his hand and placed it under Robin's chin, tilting it up. "But I don't like seeing your eyes looking all sad." He gave a big smile, "Remember, you have us now."

Robin closed her eyes; she did have the Strawhats as a family now. She smiled and opened her eyes, "Thanks Franky." She said. Robin lifted up her hands to grasp Franky's hand under her chin.

Franky smirked. It was nice to see her smiling; after all he liked her smile a lot. "No problem, Nico Robin."
