An exlanation to all my readers:
Summary:
After Voldemort's successful recruitment of the werewolves, he has started to work on the Vampiric community. He has requested an audience with The 12 Clans Council and their representative (the 13th Clan has also been requested to stand with the Council). Voldemort plans on persuading the council to join him in the extermination of Muggles and Muggleborns, but will the oppinons and reasonings of one of the representative sway the councils minds?
Author's Notes: (for newbe's--> I suggest u read my first story then this one but if you don't want to read the other one, fine by me, but this explanation will be a little long is u don't)
Zero-wings: Ok just to give u a little back ground for those of you who don't know where im coming from with this. OK!
The 12 Clans Council: Ok, this is just as it implies in my little creative world there are 13 different types of vampires, ranging from the normal undead, bloodsucking, sun fearing vamps to the undead, sun walking, bloodsucking vampires. But that only explaines the 12 Clans, the 13th Clan, unfortunately is not included in the Council and its affairs. Basically they are shunned from the Council due to the fact that the 13th clan is in fact closer to "normal" humans than the Council.
The 13th Clan: The 13th clan's members are often called "Lantian"(I'm not really sure where I picked up this term from… -.-;;;). They are born vampires, or rather they are born human then come into their true selves later in their lives. They usually have human parents, and are still categorized as "human" by the council even if they are still vampires. They are distinctly different from the council.
(1) Human in nature: They can pass as a human, meaning they walk in the sun, eat human food or blood to sustain their life, and have human parents.
(2) They are born mostly 200 years after the last "Lanti" in their blood line.
(3) They can't be killed by the sun, stakes through the heart, and can't be repelled by garlic, holy water, or crosses. Most of the "Lantians" are Christian or from the "Old Religions" of Europe.
(4) "Lantians" have the ability to stop their aging at any point of their lives or they can continue to age and eventually die like a normal human would. Some "Lantians", however, don't have a choice in stopping their aging or continue aging, they end up being immortal, forever at the age that they stopped at involuntarily (this is why there are so many young ones in this Clan, 4-8 yrs. old).
(4) They can marry and have children but the "Lantian" blood line won't be passed on.
(5) Due to human "hunters", the "Lantian"population is rather small (about 20-30 member, compare to 50-70 member 3 centuries ago).
