Chapter One
Riku and Cloud lay in the middle of the living room floor, staring up at the ceiling.
"Are we sure we want to tell them?" Riku asked, tilting his head slightly in a vain attempted to see the other.
"I'm pretty sure we know what to expect from our family members, and what will happen if we don't tell them." Cloud said, wincing at the image of Tifa and Aerith beating him senseless.
"You do realize the triplets will try to assassinate you right?" Riku stated, sitting up.
"You mean the ones that keep insisting you're their mother?" Cloud shot back, smirking.
Riku narrowed his eyes. "Shut it."
Cloud grinned, "Yes dear."
The silver haired male rolled his eyes, "Eloping is starting to sound better and better, if only to get away from them screaming 'kaasan'."
"I think one of my cousins did that." Cloud said thoughtfully.
Riku raised an eyebrow. "They ran around screaming 'kaasan?'"
Cloud rolled his eyes. "You know what I mean, brat."
Riku laughed, "Alright, alright. Which one walked out the door and ran for their life? They seemed to be the smart one of the family."
Cloud snickered, "Actually he used a window, and his name's Roxas; he was more or less sane, for a removed family member and Sora's twin anyway. I think he eloped with a red haired gypsy named Axel."
Riku's eyes widened. "Holy Shi- My 4th cousin, once removed, was red-headed and named Axel, and he ran off to do god-knows-what!"
"How did he end up a red-head and everyone else with silver/white hair?" Cloud asked curiously as he sat up.
Riku sighed. "Not all of my family has white or silver hair, Saix, whom is three times removed and Xemnas' brother, has blue hair, Marluxia has a natural pink sheen to his hair, and, if you laugh, you're sleeping on the couch till the turn of the century, I had a lavender tinge to my hair a few years back."
Cloud swallowed the chuckles that were threatening to come out; he knew Riku would make him sleep on the couch.
"So, do you think we'll be disowned?" Cloud asked as he got them under control.
Riku flopped backwards, "Only if we're lucky."
