A/N: This is loosely based on role play. This isn't set within any type of season either. Also, I do not own Jessica. The lovely people with Supernatural do. Also, this is my first Supernatural fic as well.

They ignored her. Every single one of them. No… they weren't ignoring her in the strictest sense, they were avoiding her like you would a plague. Like she wasn't meant to be there. Which she didn't get. But then again she hadn't spoken to anyone… not family or friends since she'd woken up in the same place that she'd been killed… it had just been fixed up. There was just one problem with most of it though. No, there was only one problem with it. Her boyfriend was gone. How long ago had it been since his brother had come and hauled him away? She couldn't remember but it felt like months.

Not waiting up for Sam, because she knew that he wasn't returning, she walked into the bedroom and laid down closing her eyes to sleep. The dreams always started out the same. Her in a white dress watching people from across a parkway. But it was the beautiful blonde haired woman that caught her eye. The woman that always seemed to be there, like a guardian angel sort of. She didn't know who it was and wouldn't know that this woman was her boyfriend's mother. Then as the dream the dream went to switch to something more gruesome she always woke. It was as if the woman in her dreams kept pulling her out of her dreams right as they started to get bad. As if she was afraid of what Jessica would see. And perhaps she was and for good measure too.

Pushing the sheets aside and climbing out of bed she padded into the kitchen and grabbed herself a glass of juice before turning and staring out the window. Watching as the rain came down hard outside. "Where are you, Sam?" The blonde didn't expect an answer. She never did. Besides… it wasn't as if she could just turn back time and bring him home. It just wasn't possible.

Little did she know someone had turned back time, no, they hadn't turned back time. They'd just given something up in order to give her a second chance in life. A chance in life that wouldn't be involving demons pinning her to a ceiling and bursting her to flames killing her.

Soon enough her life would change… for better or for worse no one truly knew.
