Doctor Ludwig Beilschmidt began tidying up his office; the day was almost at its end and it was best to get the place straight now, rather than wait until his shift was over. Because then he'd have less time to make out with Nurse Veneziano…

"Doctor Beilschmidt! Can you handle one more patient? He says he needs to be seen right away!" Nurse Veneziano cooed cheerily from outside the office.

"Ja, what's the patient's name?" Dr Beilschmidt responded, turning his attention to the door.

"The patient's name is Gilbert Beilschmidt," the nurse said plaintively.

Dr Beilschmidt shook his head. Of all the patients he'd ever had to deal with, there was no doubt in his mind that Prussia was the worst. His older sibling had a habit of milking everything, mostly so he'd get more attention from the hot nurses…

"Very well. Send him in," he said in frustration.

With that, Prussia and Nurse Veneziano walked in to the office, the former complaining all the while.

"Please take a seat, Mr Beilschmidt," the nurse offered, taking his place next to Dr Beilschmidt.

Dr Beilschmidt sighed, and began, "So what seems to be the problem?"

Shame I didn't get a hot nurse, just some girly boy, Gilbert grumbled to himself, looking his younger sibling straight in the eye, before doubling over. "My stomach really hurts!" he wailed melodramatically, clutching his abdomen.

Dr Beilschmidt nodded to Nurse Veneziano and he made a note of Gilbert's apparent pain.

"How long have you had this pain for?" Dr Beilschmidt enquired further.

"Ages and ages!" he whined. "I think I need surgery!"

Dr Beilschmidt had Nurse Veneziano make a note of that too, before he commented, "Let's not jump to conclusions just yet. Nurse, would you get the stethoscope? I'm going to have a listen to his gut."

"Yes, Doctor!" he replied, handing him the tool.

Dr Beilschmidt promptly popped the ear buds in, before he asked, "Would you lift your shirt for me?"

"W-what?! Ew, no!" Gilbert responded.

"If you don't, I can't examine you properly, so stop complaining and lift your shirt," Dr Beilschmidt stated plainly.

"Tch, fine!" Gilbert grumbled in defeat. "This would be way more awesome if you were a sexy lady and not my brother!"

With that, Dr Beilschmidt began examining his younger sibling, Gilbert wincing as the cold stethoscope touched his skin.

Dr Beilschmidt listened closely, but he didn't find anything out of the ordinary.

"I didn't find anything at all worrying," he reported,

Gilbert doubled over and started complaining again. "But it really hurts! C'mon, there must be something wrong with me!"

"Come to think of it, you said you'd had stomach pain for ages and ages, what exactly do you mean by that?" Nurse Veneziano interjected.

"Like, an hour maybe?" Gilbert replied.

"Have you taken anything for it?" Dr Beilschmidt questioned.

"Nope," Gilbert replied.

"If you're not experiencing any other symptoms, chances are it's just a stomach ache," he said. "I recommend lying down for a bit and taking some painkiller. See me again if this pain persists."

"Oh…Ok." Gilbert said embarrassedly. "So I don't need to have surgery and then spend ages lying in bed while the nurses fawn over me?"

"Just be grateful it's nothing serious!" Nurse Veneziano cooed cheerily as he made his way out.

Dr Beilschmidt's palm met his face. "Emergency my ass," he complained.
