Not Another Love Story

This is a story of a boy meeting a girl.

The boy, Theodore Remus Lupin, lost his parents in The Battle, lived with his grandparents his entire life, except every other weekend when he stayed at his Godfathers house. This was until he was 11, then he was of age to start at Hogwarts. He wasn't unhappy, but I believed that he could only truly be happy when he found the one. The one he could share everything with, the one he could share his pain and happiness with, the one he marry and make his parents proud of.

The girl, Victoire Weasley, the golden girl who believed in making her own fortune. She had been through problems that no one new of and from seeing her parents marriage fall apart she wouldn't get dependant on another human being for being happy. Growing up she had been the pretty one – the one every guy wanted and the one every girl wanted to be. They still did, they didn't see the difference. The reality is, reality changes constantly and yesterday's reality may not necessarily be todays – and Victoire learnt that the hard way. Since then she had only loved two things. Her long beautiful silky blonde hair, a sure way to swirl a tot around and get a great score on an exam and how very easily she could cut it off and feel absolutely nothing.

These two contradictions had known each other since forever – but the first time they really met was September 1th. Sitting in the same compartment, chitchatting about nothing. She was a year under him and she had changed over the summer. She seemed older and wiser and her long locks were gone. This was when he realised that he had found what he had been searching for.

Yes, this is a story of a boy meeting a girl, but not a love story – it is a story of boy finding the one who could cheer him up when needed and a girl meeting a boy who had the influence to push her narrow sight just an inch the right way.

So here it was, hit or miss?
