TROUBLE IN SIN CITY

Post-Sin City.

Dean knew he was in trouble the moment he stepped into the basement with the beautiful brunette Casey. Sure he had been there earlier to bury his fellow hunter Richie, pissed off at the fact that the skank had left his lifeless body in the basement to rot. He'd buried Richie properly and placed the Devil's Trap on the floor to capture the demon and keep her in place. He'd been smug and thought that he was now going to be able to fry her ass, but as her eyes darkened did the room begin to shake and the ceiling began to crash as she pushed the book from his hands in which he was trying to read a spell from to vanquish her. She now had the look of pure satisfaction as the doorway collapsed in, trapping them both.

"Spiritus emundi, undalara, persona tote…" Dean trails off, trying to remember the spell in order to vanquish her.

"Nice try but I think you just ordered a pizza." She says.

He moves towards the back of the room and leans against the wall, staring directly at her.

"When Sam arrives, he'll send your ass to Hell."

"Oh believe me darling, I know he can."

Dean turns away and sighs. Sam could be in trouble and it would be his fault that it happened.

"Dean, Dean, Dean. What am I going to do with you?"

"Kiss my ass."

"I never knew you could be such a poet." She mocked.

"I can be more than that bitch."

Casey glared at him and licked her lips. "I would do anything to see you in Hell, my dear Dean."

"And why is that?" he asked.

"Then maybe your brother would take his rightful place as leader of our kind like he should've done back in Wyoming."

"He'll never be on your side."

"Never say never Dean. I would cross centuries just to follow in his footsteps."

Dean sat on the floor. Was this bitch for real? Could Sam really, truly be the leader of the damned?

"It will never happen." He muttered.

"But it will Dean and when that day comes, he'll have to choose you or his destiny. Either way you'll die."

He rose and looked up the shaft as he heard a noise.

"No one is coming to your rescue Dean."

"You don't know my brother."

"I think I do."

Dean gritted his teeth, "Sam will send you back to Hell where you belong."

"I have no doubt he will."

The debris shifted and moved away and Father Gil enters the room, sending Dean hard against the wall. Dean gets to his feet and finds Sam behind him, his eyes black as night.

"Sam?" he says.

"Sam had to go, I took his place." His brother's voice says.

"Son of a bitch." Dean mutters.

Casey smiles, "I told you, he would choose between you and his destiny. Now you know which one he picked."

"And you're still trapped." He said as Father Gil kneeled and smashed his fist into the floor cracking the Devil's Trap, releasing Casey.

"Fuck!" Dean says.

"Three against one Dean darling. Join us and we may be able to save your soul."

"Over my dead body." A new voice says as Ruby enters the room. "Atanta hellah mysti!"

She yells and Sam collapses to the ground.

"Sam!" Dean shouts.

"Run Dean!" Ruby yells.

Dean takes off to his brothers' side as Ruby points the Colt at the Demons and pulls the trigger twice, ending both their lives.

"I told you to run Dean."

Dean pulls the Holy Water from his jacket.

"I saved your ass; you can give me some benefit of the doubt."

"What do you want?" he says.

"To help both you and Sam."

"And what you just said?"

"A spell to release the Demon from within him so that HE didn't die."

"Dean…" Sam says softly, "She's on our side."

Dean stares at them both. "I've finally lost it." And blacks out.
