A sad bittersweet voice filled the hallway. It was haunting and slow its melody carried across every room. It wasn't loud per say but its constant humming woke the mountains occupants. One by one they stuck their heads out of their respective doorways.

Artemis turned towards M'gann who in response calmly took Garfeilds hand. Conner lead them down the long corridor. Wally trailed behind slight recognition and confusion on his face. As they neared the kitchen the voice became louder but still held great sadness in its words.
" You'll never know dear
how much i love you "
They reached the entertainment room. Nightwing sat on the couch. Although his back was to them they saw something in his hand. A picture. Though hard to see in the dim light they could see it was of a boy. Not much older than 14 his black hair unbrushed and windswept. His eyes piercing blueish green. He was smiling, big broad and full of happiness.
" Please don't take my sunshine away. "
Dicks voice cracked as new tears streamed down his face. No one said a word. He turned towards the team his face wet and bright blue eyes broken and bloodshot. He only said two words but these words still haunts the team till this day.
"Robins dead."
They lost their little brother. Torn and broken the teens sat with Dick on the couch as he began to sing again. No one said a word.
