Author's Note: The idea for this post ep. story came after I watched the episode the first time and then watched the episode a second time.
A/N 2: What if Alex and Bobby had already gotten together by the time this case happened?

Right after they had finished all the formalities on Alyssa Cooney's case, Alex and Bobby were headed back to their place at Rockaway. Since getting together they made the decision to live together at Alex's place.
As Alex drove back, Bobby sat in silence and reflected back on the corpse they had been called to investigate. What Alex had said really got his attention.
Maybe when we arrive home I can ask Alex to put on the miniskirt, that is if she still has it.
As soon as they arrived home, the two walked in the door hand in hand. Alex said something that got Bobby out of his silent state.
"Sweetie, what is the matter? You were quiet today," cooed Alex as she wrapped her arms around Bobby's waist.
Do I dare tell her what I think about how I have been picturing her in a miniskirt?
"Well I uh…was just thinking about what you said when we were trying to guess how old the corpse was."
Alex gazed at Bobby and figured out what he was thinking.
"You mean about the miniskirt?" asked Alex looking deep into Bobby's eyes.
"Yeah," he answered nervously and sank his gaze.
"So have you been picturing what I look like in that miniskirt all this time?"
Bobby nodded sheepishly.
"Aww that is so sweet," said Alex, and then she came up with a plan.
"Tell you what, wait right here and then I will let you when to close and open your eyes."
Bobby nodded and went to wait for her in the living room while Alex went to search for the miniskirt.
It wasn't long before she found it in the deepest corner of her closet, even under her winter clothes.
When she found the skirt, Alex thought to herself, Luckily I kept it with me all these years, now lets see if it still fits.
Once she had it on she circled before her tall mirror and thought, Yes! It still fits…wait till Bobby sees me in this mini.
Meanwhile Bobby was getting a little edgy when a few minutes later he heard a dainty voice.
"Okay baby, close your eyes."
Bobby did and as quickly as he had closed his eyes he heard, "Okay you can open now."
The moment he opened he saw a smiling Alex standing in front of him in that same miniskirt.
Wow, she's right; she does look good in the miniskirt. Even more so now because it complements her toned legs.
He slowly stood up and instantly placed his hand on her face. Pulling her in, he placed butterfly kisses all over face and whispered in her ear, "Alex, you look so sexy and so elegant in this mini that it turns me on."
Alex who had completely turned to mush by her beau's words that she spoke back in a soft voice, "Then kiss me you handsome hunk."
Bobby didn't have to be asked twice and he placed a teasing kiss on Alex's lips and before long Alex deepened it with all the passion she had in her and soon both were on the couch making out fervently.
Awhile later while the two were lying quietly on the couch Bobby who had been drawing little circles on Alex's back suddenly started to draw the symbol for infinity. Alex whose head was resting on top of Bobby's broad chest lifted her head up and looked at him with wide eyes and asked, "Really?"
"Yes my beautiful Alex, forever and always."
