So, you're probably thinking "Scumlord, fucking finish your Pokemon story!" Well one day I will! It's on hiatus since I have no clue what to write. While it's true I don't LOVE RWBY it's also true I seek some entertainment from it. With that, I bring you my new story!

It was just another day for just another faunus. Wake up, steal, get beaten up by humans, eat, sleep, repeat. That was the story for most faunus, except for those few lucky ones that could get an education and gain some respect. However, any faunus that could do that were few and far between.

Walking down the alley way towards his home, a teen, nay, a child seemingly human except for the thick tail protruding from the hole in his pants, specifically for the tail mind you, the floppy ears, and pointed claws where fingernails should be. He was a dog, or a wolf, he was never very sure. His parents had died quickly after his birth resulting in his raising being done by an old homeless man. The man was human, however, he found no reason for the hatred of the faunus and always treated his adoptive son with care.

The child was taught to fend for himself, whether that be the onslaught of hatred from humans to faunus, finding food, or escaping the police, the boy took great care with staying out of trouble but trouble always came. It's true that the faunus child could easily fight off two maybe three humans, he could not fight an entire gang of them.

This is where we are now. The boy, limping back to his mat and back to his adoptive father was in a great deal of pain. It was very late at night and no moon meant that his escape from his abusers was relatively quick. Glancing at the man it was clear he was asleep. That's all he wanted to do now, sleep. Throwing his body on the thin piece of cloth he called a bed, bidding a good night to the sky.

It was several hours later he woke up, being shaken by the old man "Awaken! Awaken! You'll miss breakfast again if you don't get up soon!" Right, another day in his miserable life. "I have a special surprise for you today!" The man said with obvious joy in his voice, sounding as if he was a child getting a new toy.

Waking up was never an easy task. Eyelids are heavy, body is sluggish, and mind is dulled. However, all of that changed when he heard the next words out of his adoptive fathers mouth.

"We're living with the White Fang!"

Wow, that's bad. It's pretty cheesy and overused "my parents died and I was raised by a hobo!" Anyway, I had fun. Hey, leave a comment on what you think of the first chapter!
