I told him to meet me by the Hanging Tree. This is was it we had to run. There was no time to waste it was either this or death and I really didn't want to start on the death part. So living was the best idea right now better than staying here.
So I sent him a note to where to meet me. The Hanging Tree was known were if you disobeyed the law you would get hanged. She had plan to burn it...to burn what it stand for and what it did to many lives. The Tree was strained with blood so much blood.
It didn't even look like tree any more it was just a grave oh so many people. So meeting here is where they would go because nobody would be there. They would be safe.
Of course they heard of the tales of love ones doing the same thing but dying the next day but they would make sure they would get out of there.
So I packed all the things I had which was some clothes and food. I didn't have much..but it was enough to survive out there. She grabbed a blanket and matches ruining to meet him at the tree hours letter.

"You have to leave right now they are coming they know" he whispered to me in case someone was around. I looked at him confuse. I could really see his face only his eyes because of the moonlight.
"RUN you have to run as far as you can they won't stop you have to I love you, NOW GO " he pushed me as I almost fell to the ground. My eyes going wide I ran as tears went down my face. I ran stop dead when I heard the screams of my love. My only person I had..dying...
"I'll be back" I whispered hoping that maybe he was alive or something and ran into the night.
