Your Love Is Like The Wind

Just a poem I wrote after watching the movie that line her love is like the wind, I Can't see it, but I can feel it really had an impact on me

You're love is like the wind, I can't see it, but I can feel it

Sometimes it's so soft; I hardly know it's there,

And at other times it comes in gales,

It's like the wind, it will always be there.

You're gone, sometimes I feel so alone,

Till I feel the soft wind blow,

You're here, with me, all around,

Watching me from far above the clouds

And every time I feel alone or scared,

You're like the wind, you're always there.

Just because I can't see you, doesn't mean you're gone,

You're love is like the wind, it will go on and on,

You taught me more than any one else could,

You changed me for the better good,

You were always there and you always cared,

If only you could always be there.

I could think of fate as depressing and cruel,

It took you from me, at just 18,

You had so many more things to do,

So many more things to see,

But I look at the time we had with joy,

Because I might never have seen you at all,

We may never have talked, or kissed and hugged,

We may never have had those few precious months,

Fate brought us together, even if it were for the smallest of times,

Fate taught me all that matters, is who's by your side.

And I know you love me with all your heart, I feel you around me,

From the blowing wind to the warming sun,

I'll miss you every day,

And every minute we're apart,

But every time I feel lonely, and every time I'm sad,

I'll always remember:

You're love is like the wind, I can't see it, but I can feel it.
