A/N: Sequel to Lie to Me in Sanji's POV. This is in Zoro's POV which I'm not as confident writing in but hopefully it turned out. I hope you enjoy it. Please review.

Warnings: Zoro/Sanji, one swear word

Disclaimer: I don't own Sanji or Zoro or One Piece. Trust me you'd know if I did.

This is dedicated to Reodavle who asked for this written in Zoro's perspective. I hope you enjoy this!

Lying To You

Zoro quietly rolled out of bed standing up. He heard the distinctive sigh of his lover and felt his eyes roaming his body. He smirked; his lover's appreciation of his body was obvious with the bruises, bites and scratches across his skin. He pulled on his black pants as he heard the flick once, twice of the lighter before cigarette smoke filled the room. He didn't have to turn around to know Sanji's own milky white skin was in a similar state of his own. Zoro placed Wado lastly on his hip before turning to look at Sanji who sighed. Sanji stared at him and he stared back, waiting for the words that always came from his lips. He tried not to wince at the sad smile that slipped onto Sanji's face.

"Lie to me," Sanji said. Zoro inhaled slowly, steeling his nerves to do what he always had to do before he sat on the edge of the bed. He reached over letting his fingers remember the silky blond hair through his fingers, the curve of the pale cheeks and the feeling of the smooth skin under his fingers. His fingers stopped at the corner of pink lips, lingering there so as to not disturb the dangling white stick that hung on those lips. He opened his mouth to let the lies slip forth.

"I only stay for the sex," Zoro started. "I only use you every night because I can't get a good fuck anywhere else out here. I leave you every morning because I can't stand the look of you in the morning light. I can't stand the sight of you. I can't wait to leave you in the morning. I would rather die than be caught with you by the others. You mean nothing to me. And most of all, I don't love you." He stopped, waiting for Sanji to say what he needed to say or do what he needed to do. It was the routine. The first time, he'd said it; it had nearly crushed him on the inside. He watched as Sanji smirked a little sitting up to stare at Zoro in the eye. He leaned in close, their lips almost touching. It was like waiting for death for Zoro as he breathed out only for Sanji to inhale his breathe before a smile lit up his face.

"Liar," Sanji said and crushed his lips to Zoro's. He poured everything he had into the kiss as he knew the lies they told each other and themselves. He knew as long as nothing happened he'd be back tonight with Sanji in his arms and tomorrow he would have to lie to Sanji again so neither would hear the truth. Zoro knew the risks he took every single time he unsheathed his swords that he may not return to the blond's side that day and the blond may not return to him. He knew he wanted to whisper to Sanji, "I stay because I could never leave you. I would never use you or hurt you. I never want to leave in the morning. I want to stand beside you in the sunlight and hold you in my arms every night. I think you are beautiful. I want the others to know but I know you need me to lie because we are never sure if either of us is coming back today or tomorrow or the next day. I would die without you. You mean the world to me. And most of all, I love you with all my heart, body and soul". Maybe one day, he'd be able to tell Sanji the truth instead of lying to him in case today was their last day. But today he would lie how much he loved him in case they didn't make it through even if he was screaming it on the inside.
