"It's our first Christmas, since you've been back," Dean said with a hint of nostalgia in his voice.
"We've missed four birthdays and three Christmas's."
"Man, I'm sorry-," Sam started, but Dean cut him off.
"Here," Dean gave him seven badly creased envelopes," been meaning to send these, but never built up the courage."
Sam was staring at three Christmas and four birthday cards and bursted in laughter.
Dean looked offended and wanted to say something, but Sam wouldn't let him.
"Guess we really are brothers," he smiled and put seven slightly better looking cards in Dean's hand.
"Merry Christmas!"
