About three things I was absolutely positive.

You see flashes of Sakura on the plane, standing alone in her room, Syaoran's eyes glaring at her.

First, Syaoran was a vampire.

You flash to a scene of the lunch table where Syaoran and his family are sitting. You hear, "Are the Lis like the cold ones your great-grandfather met?" "No. They're the same ones."

Second, there was a part of him-and I didn't know how dominant that part might be-that thirsted for my blood.

You flash to Syaoran staring at Sakura from afar, while a voice says, "He looks at you like…like you're something to eat."

And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.

You see a flash of Sakura and Syaoran in the meadow, while hearing, "And so the lion fell in love with the lamb."

You see nothing but black for a moment, suddenly you flash back to the crash. You hear, "You saved me." "You don't know what you're talking about."

The scene changes to Sakura and Syaoran in the forest. "What made you change your mind?" "I decided as long as I was going to hell, I might as well do it thoroughly."

The forest is replaced by the baseball game. "They're coming." "You've gotta give me some answers." "He's a tracker. He's never gonna stop until he has her."

You flash through scenes of the beach, Port Angeles, the ballet studio, while high-action music plays. The scenes flash by faster and faster until everything goes black.

What if I'm not a superhero? What if I'm the bad guy?

You could never be the bad guy.
