Two things about that summer are more than awesome: she has friends and she has Rich. Not exactly has him, cuz he is her bff's boyfriend, but he proved be a really good friend. Since Grace was quite in trouble with parents (and was spending the vacation in South Africa as grounded, what a punishment), Franky and Rich were having more time together..
She knew that he was awesome the very first time she saw him. Boy has style and not just in clothes, is a lifestyle. But more important: he has a really big and comfortable heart. Took some time, but she got in there and now she can tell a lot about him.
Looking at the pics of last afternoon in the river, she started to notice those funny things. Mini and Alo, she could SWEAR Mini will NEVER admit that crush! But is in her eyes and in his. Matty... She wasn't sorry for break up with him. She had to think about the best for both and... He wasn't her best. Liv loves him and he loves Liv. Liv needs some real love.
But was when she was looking at Rich that the things changed. He was different, more... like her. That's why they connected from the beginning. They were perfect.
Franky catch herself touching the screen, a pic that she took with Rich, and closed her eyes, smiling. A lot of good memories from that summer with him twisting in her mind. On the pub, the park, the river, Grace, a click.
She opened her eyes. Looking at screen she realized.
She fell in love with her friend's boyfriend. That's ridiculous and she is screwed. Again.
